During “The Thirteenth Five-year Plan” period, the CBRC issued regulatory opinions on the banking cloud. “The Opinion” explicitly proposes to actively carry out cloud computing architecture planning, and implement the framework migration route. It is predicted that till the end of the plan, all the important information systems for the Internet scene will be migrated to the cloud computing architecture platform, and the proportion of other systems migration is no less than 60%.
